Maple Hill sits on a rocky knoll, surrounded by mature maple trees and treasured wildflowers. Preserving the trees and woodland was a high priority to the owners. Massive piles of rock, as big as the house being built, were the result of extensive blasting. The management and removal of the large quantities of rock without damaging the trees and understory was very challenging.  A gentle approach to the exisiting landscape in word and deed is something on which JB Construction prides themselves!
