After graduation from Middlebury College in 1976, Jeff began his contracting career with Green Mountain Design/Build, a Middlebury development company. He quickly became the construction manager for several award winning projects in Chittenden and Addison counties, now well established neighborhoods and commercial space; Summit at Spear, Beaver Creek, Farmstead and Lakewood Commons to name a few.

In 1990, Jeff decided to found his own firm, creating JB Construction, which specializes in custom homes, renovations, and light commercial construction. Over the years, JB Construction has been recognized as one of the top building companies in Vermont. With Jeff Bradley at the helm, JB Construction has built a reputation based on reliability, craftsmanship and long term customer service.
